TERMS OF SALE

NOTICE: All bidders and other persons attending this sale agree that they have read and have full knowledge of these terms and agree to be bound thereby.
BIDDER: acknowledges that an auction site is a potentially hazardous area. Every person at the auction site before, during and after the auction sale shall be deemed to be there at his own risk.
NOTE: All bidders are bound by their signature on the Bidder’s Registration. Please read these Terms carefully. Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any applicant for a bidding card, or the privilege of bidding at this auction and to revoke such privilege at any time.
AGENCY: The Auctioneer is acting as agent only and is not responsible for the acts of its principals or consignors.
CONDITION OF ARTICLES SOLD: The auctioneer is not responsible for the correct description, genuineness, authenticity of, or defects in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No sale will be set aside for allowance made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted. No deduction allowed on damaged articles, all goods being exposed for public exhibition, and sold “as is” and without recourse. Some items may be added or deleted without notice.

THIS LISTING IS ONLY A GUIDE AND MAY NOT BE ACCURATE IN ANY WAY. EVERY ITEM WILL SELL “AS IS – WHERE IS”. PLEASE INSPECT THE EQUIPMENT PRIOR TO BIDDING. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

TERMS: You must be 18 years old to register and present a valid driver’s license. Payment for all items must be made IN FULL ON Sale Day in Cash, Cashier’s Check or Company Check accompanied by a current Bank Letter guaranteeing payment to Auction Liquidation Services. At the time of complete settlement you will receive a paid sale receipt. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder in the best interest of the Seller.
DISPUTE BETWEEN BIDDERS: If any dispute arises between two or more bidders the auctioneer may decide the same or put the lot up for sale again at once, and resell to the highest bidder. The auctioneer’s decision shall be final and absolute. At knockdown (when it is sold to a high bidder) the tag becomes the sole responsibility of the new purchaser.
RECORD: The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and bookkeeper will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed by November 23, 2016 by 4pm, MUST call for an appointment to pick up 609-883-2900 x 7800 or 7777. No lot can, on any account, be removed during the sale. Removal shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the purchaser. Purchases will be released only on presentation of paid bill. Buyer is responsible for removing and loading of equipment purchased.

As the highest bidder at our auction sale, you have been given privilege to use a company or personal check, in payment for the goods upon which you bid. The undersigned warrants that every item purchased is “as is-where is” and is in full agreement with the posted terms and conditions of the sale and that Stephan J. Miranti auctioneers Inc. Makes no warranties either expressed or implied.
By giving a company or personal check, which is not certified, you are warranting that the funds are available for this check. You further warrant that you will complete the purchase of the items upon which you bid. Your failure to complete this transaction, or the failure of your check to be cashed for any reason, shall be deemed to be fraud perpetrated upon auctioneer, as well as the owner of the property. Any check that is returned for any reason will be charged a $100.00 service fee and you will lose your privilege to pay by check at any of our auctions.
